Processed in half ball Oolong style, a light fermented Oolong with fresh floral aroma. Cui Yu literally means green jade, referring its colour and taste. The taste begins with a hint of green tea, constantly build up the complex characters of Oolong, end with a long-lasting wild flower aroma.
