Formosa Classic Dongding Oolong Dark Roasted

Origin : Lugu, Nantou, Taiwan
Style : Dark fermented Oolong, dark roasted, full body, ripe fruit aroma

This hard to find classic Dongding style oolong is dark oxidized and dark roasted. The oxidization level is slightly ligher than Hong Shui Oolong. It is full body, possesses the aroma of ripe fruits and caramel. The aftertaste is sweet and smooth. 

Hot Brewing
1 teaspoons loose tea / 1 teabag
250ml 95C (203F) hot water
First brew - 1 minutes
Second brew - 0.5 minute
Flowing brews - double the timing of previous brew
Provide 3+ servings

Cold Brewing
2 teaspoon loose tea / 2 teabag
500ml cold water
Chill for 4 hours before serving
