Returns and Refunds
1. Our return policy is 21 days starting the date the product being shipped.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging upon receiving.
3. Gift cards and sales items are not returnable. Paid shipping cost is not refundable. Store credits will be issued for returned gift items.
4. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the product. Please stating the order number and the reasons for the return. We encourage the buyer to attach photos of the item if it is broken or damaged. In some cases we will issue store credits, refund, or partial refund without sending back the item.
5. Return Shipping
After confirmation you will receive a return number. Please mark the number on the package and send to the following address. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is over $75, please use trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send an email of confirmation and decisions made. If a refund is approved, credits will be applied to the original payment method.
7. Late or missing refunds
If a refund is not received within 14 days after confirmation, please contact your credit card company or bank first, it may take some days before the fund is posted. If you’ve done so and still missing the refund, please contact us at email@example.com
