Genmaicha is a blend of roasted brown rice, puffed rice, and Sencha. The combination yields full nutty roasted aroma. In our Matcha Genmaicha, Matcha is infused with Genmaicha to increase the mellowness of Sencha. This tea is very mild to people with weak stomach, because the roasted rice will smooth the astringent of green tea. Brewing: Brew 2 teaspoons of tea leaf in 120cc 70°C-80°C (158F-167F) water for 1-1.5 minutes, add 30 seconds for the following infusions. Yields at least 3 infusions.
